Last updated: 17 October 2026

About these terms

These terms, including the end-user licence agreement below, apply to the website alali.om and to the Alali ERP at erp.alali.om, including its connection to QuickBooks Online. By using them you accept these terms.

Alali Investment SPC, Commercial Registration 1374162, Bousher, Muscat, Postal Code 328, P.O. Box 2, Sultanate of Oman. Email info@alali.om, phone +968 99532326.

Website

The website describes Alali's trading and supply services. Its content is for information. A price, quantity or delivery date binds Alali only when it is in a written quotation or contract signed by Alali.

End-user licence agreement (Alali ERP)

Alali grants its staff and other people it authorises a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Alali ERP for Alali's business only. Alali can end this licence at any time by removing the user's access.

  • Keep your sign-in private and do not share your account.
  • Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or try to bypass the security of the ERP.
  • Use customer and financial data only for Alali's work, and follow Alali's confidentiality rules.

QuickBooks connection

Only an Alali administrator can connect QuickBooks Online, and only to Alali's own QuickBooks company. The connection reads customers, invoices and estimates and never writes to QuickBooks. The administrator can disconnect it at any time. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Alali is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit, and Intuit's own terms govern the use of QuickBooks.

No warranty and limit of liability

The website and the ERP are provided as they are. Alali works to keep them accurate and available but does not promise they are free of errors or interruptions. As far as Omani law allows, Alali is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from their use. Check important figures against the source document before you rely on them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://alali.om/privacy explains how we handle personal data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The courts of Muscat settle any dispute.
